Our Story
Fulcom was founded in 2010 (as H & V Testing Services Limited) by John Fulthorpe to provide HVAC commissioning to the building services industry. We have built a strong reputation for delivering professional, reliable and cost-effective services to our many clients which has resulted in strong, organic growth through the retention of existing clients and
winning new clients via recommendations.
All of our commissioning engineers are members of the Commissioning Specialists Association and we work to procedures and processes as recommended by BSRIA to ensure works achieve compliance with the CIBSE Commissioning Codes and Building Regulations.
